1. Flat-press automatic die-cutting machine
The flat die-cutting machine mostly adopts the equal indexing cam mechanism, and whether the shape of the cam is reasonable is the key. The tightness of the chain should be moderate, too tight or too loose will affect the die-cutting accuracy. The paper feeding line of flat die cutting machine is mostly solid, but it is still easy to deform when moving at high speed, and the inertia is large when stopping suddenly. A good tooth row has high hardness and light weight, and the angle and pressure are moderate.
2. Worm gear and worm of auto die-cutting machine
The main drive of the current die-cutting machine is driven by the motor to drive the worm and the worm gear. Most of the worm gears are helical teeth. It should be noted that when the worm gear and the worm mesh at the indexing circle, whether the backlash between the gear teeth is appropriate. If the backlash is too large, the worm gear transmission will not be stable; if the backlash is too small, it is not conducive to the flow of lubricating oil. In addition, the unreasonable pressure angle will affect the stability of the transmission.
3. Plate, knife edge and rubber strip of automatic die-cutting machine
These three items are the basic components of die-cutting, and their quality is directly related to the quality of die-cutting. The board requires uniform density, light weight, high hardness, good flexibility, easy processing, flatness, and firmness. After the knife line is embedded, it is stable and can be replaced many times. The edge of the knife should be sharp, and the height error of the whole knife and the bending of the big knife should be small. The hardness of the rubber strip should be moderate, and it cannot squeeze the edge of the knife, nor can it have insufficient resilience.
4. Paper feeding speed of automatic die-cutting machine
At present, the commonly used method is continuous paper feeding, that is, a part of the front sheet and the back sheet always overlap together. This method is stable and fast, but the rapid movement causes the paper to have a great impact on the positioning front rail, and the paper curls or bounces after being stressed, resulting in inaccurate positioning. An ideal automatic die-cutting machine should keep the speed of the paper on the feeding table as low as possible while ensuring the die-cutting speed.
5. Assembly accuracy of automatic die-cutting machine
Restricted by the technical level of the machinery manufacturing industry, many parts of the die-cutting machine are rough. For example, the matching and manufacturing accuracy between the intermittent mechanism, the main transmission system and the chain directly affect the machine speed, and if the assembly accuracy is poor, it will affect the die-cutting accuracy and cause noise. Another example is the unreasonable determination of the gap between the toggle pressure mechanism and the moving platform, which will cause vibration and affect the speed and accuracy.
6. Guide rail and chain of automatic die-cutting machine
The guide rail plays a role in positioning and controlling the direction of the chain. The thickness of the guide rail should be suitable, so that it can be embedded in the chain piece. The distance between the upper and lower guide rails must ensure the smooth passage of the chain, if it is too small, it will increase the transmission resistance; if it is too large, the chain will easily jump. The trajectory of the guide rail and the length of the chain also have a certain influence on the performance of the machine.
7. Pressure mechanism of automatic die-cutting machine
The most important device of the auto die-cutting machine is the pressure-applying mechanism. The most common double toggle mechanism at present, the crank rotates one revolution, which enables the movable platform to reach the highest limit position twice. In order to ensure the quality of die-cutting, the entire platform should be evenly stressed when pressurized. Therefore, the working surfaces of the upper and lower platforms must be parallel. If the design is unreasonable, the pressure will be uneven and the empty stroke will be too large.
