1. The working principle of automatic die cutting machine


The working principle of the auto die cutting machine is to use die-cutting knives, steel knives, metal molds and steel wires (or templates hand-carved from thick steel plates) press the printing plate to release a certain working pressure and roll the printed matter or cardboard into a certain shape. If the entire print is pressed into a single graphic product, it can be called die-cutting. If a steel wire is used to press an imprint or a curved groove on the printed matter, it can be called an indentation. If two stencils of yin and yang are used, according to heating the mould to the necessary temperature, the pattern or font style with three-dimensional actual effect is hot-printed on the surface of the printed matter, which is called hot stamping. Embossing a pattern with a three-dimensional effect on the surface of the printed product can be called embossing. And the above can be collectively referred to as die-cutting technology.


2. Die-cutting process of automatic die cutting machine


The die-cutting process of auto die cutting machine is the most common processing process for packaging promotional materials. The packaging blank is rolled and cut into a forming process that requires a shape or a cut. The indentation process is to use a crimping knife or a crimping die to press outline marks on the steel plate according to the effect of the working pressure or use a rolling wheel to bend the predetermined part of the plate. The general die-cutting and indentation process are to combine the die-cutting knife and the crimping knife in the same template, and to carry out the process of die-cutting and indentation production and processing together on the die cutting machine, which is commonly known as die cutting.


The whole process of die-cutting and indentation process is plate loading→adjusting pressure→determining rules→pasting plate auxiliary materials→hydraulic test die cutting→formal die-cutting and indentation→sorting and cleaning→finished product inspection→point packaging.


Die cutting and indentation technology is a general term for two processing technologies: indentation by model and pressing and cutting by template. The principle is that in the shaped mold, by applying pressure, the stressed part of the printing carrier paper will be compressed and deformed or broken and separated. The main parts of the automatic die cutting machine are the die cutting plate table and the press cutting mechanism. The processed sheet is in the middle of the two and the finishing technology of die cutting is completed under the action of pressure.


Die cutting and indentation plates have different types and corresponding press cutting mechanisms, so that the die cutting machine can be divided into three basic types: flat pressing, round pressing and round pressing. The flat die cutting machine can be divided into two types: vertical and horizontal because of the different directions and positions of the platen and platen. According to the level of automation technology, it can be divided into two types: manual (automatic positioning) and fully automatic.
