Post-printing processing accuracy is one of the important indicators for measuring the quality of product molding, so it is particularly important to improve post-printing processing accuracy. The main factors affecting post-printing processing accuracy are: decline in precision of post-printing processing equipment, improper adjustment of post-printing processing equipment, and paper expansion and deformation.
In post-printing processing equipment, automatic hot stamping die-cutting machine is mainly divided into three parts: paper feeding, main engine, and paper collection; the main parts that control the processing accuracy are the left and right positions, the front position, and the guide system that helps to position the printed matter. After long-term use, the various components of the machine wear and the accuracy decreases, and the various components of the guide system are also affected. Especially during high-speed and continuous operation for a long time, the damage to the teeth and guide wheels of the paper feeder and the left and right positions of the guide system is greater. Under the condition of long-term high-speed operation, the repeated movement of teeth and springs will produce a higher temperature, causing metal fatigue. In this way, the rigidity of the teeth and the elasticity of the springs decrease, resulting in insufficient pressure for feeding paper and inaccurate positioning of the printed matter in the front position. To avoid the decline of the accuracy of automatic hot stamping die-cutting machine causing inaccurate registration, the equipment should be used reasonably, and the machine should not run continuously and at high speed for 24 hours every day. The output capacity of the machine at the factory should be limited. When the unprocessed product is not processed, the machine should be kept stationary. Usually, each component of the machine should be lubricated, and the teeth and guide wheels of the paper feeder and the guide wheel springs should be maintained regularly.
During the hot stamping and die-cutting process, if the pressure of the feeding teeth on the paper is too small, or if the amount of paper feeding is inadequate, the paper edge cannot be grasped, and slippage of the paper occurs during printing. The opening and closing actions of the feeding teeth and the paper feeding system are out of adjustment, and some components of the paper feeding system are out of adjustment, which will cause inaccurate registration due to insufficient paper feeding position or excessive punching force. Therefore, attention should be paid to the size of the feeding paper pressure and the feeding amount of paper, especially the pressure of each paper roller in the paper feeding system. At the beginning, attention should be paid to starting from slow to fast.
There are two situations of paper deformation
The cutting of paper is irregular, resulting in oblique or wavy paper edges. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure that the cut paper reaches a right angle and straight edge, and do not repeatedly tap the paper edge during cutting to avoid causing wavy paper edges.
The moisture content of the paper is unstable. It is mainly manifested in some processes that require heating, such as UV curing, screen printing drying, hot stamping heating, and oil-over drying, the moisture content of the paper changes. In order to avoid the deformation of paper caused by changes in moisture content, each process should be handed over in time, and the retention time should not be too long. At the same time, certain protective measures should be taken to prevent the natural loss of moisture content in the paper, such as using a protective film for protection. Keep the workshop temperature, humidity and paper moisture content balance. When the moisture content of the paper is lost due to heating during special processes, adjust the temperature and humidity to compensate in moderation to restore the moisture content of the paper to its original standard state.
In fact, there are many reasons that cause poor post-printing processing accuracy. As long as we pay attention to each link in the processing process, summarize experience, strictly control the operation technology and process technology, we can avoid it and manufacture qualified products, and improve the production efficiency of automatic hot stamping die-cutting machine.
